1. Design and construction of 13 storey mixed development at north ridge by SIC LIFE. Details are as follows – Project promoter has about an acre of land close to Alisa Hotel. Basement parking three levels for 120 cars. Ground, first and second floors for bank, hospital, coffee bar, restaurant, gym & pool. Third to twelve floors are apartments/suites for offices and residence Thirteenth floor – two nos penthouses. SIC LIFE shall contribute at least 30% of cost of project depending on proposal. Project consultants are AESL, who have done preliminary drawings and estimates. Project estimated at $40m.

 

1. Design and construction of 200 bed hotel at Sekondi or Takoradi for a government association of workers. Promoter has ten acres of land along the Takoradi-Abidjan highway Preliminary drawings done. A local Bank is interested in financing but requires feasibility studies and collateral. Project estimated at $80m.

 

1. Design and construction of 500 bed digital hospital in association with Korle Bu              Teaching Hospital Conceptual designs are being done. Project estimated at $ 500m.

 

 

     Design and construction of 1,000 low cost houses for pro-security institutions. Major requirement if proof of funds. Government to buy houses for institutions.
